In today's digital era, protecting your personal and financial information is essential. We're here to help you stay safe from identity theft and fraud. By keeping yourself informed and using our secure banking services, you can protect your financial well-being.

Be Alert to Unsolicited Communications

Never share your personal or financial information with unexpected callers, text messages, or emails. Be cautious of anyone claiming you've won a prize, are in legal trouble, or need to pay fines with gift cards. If you receive such messages, do not respond. If you're unsure whether a request is legitimate, especially if it claims to be from us, contact us directly at (850) 233-4400.

Secure Online & Mobile Banking

Our Online and Mobile Banking services provide strong protection against identity theft and fraud. As a member, you have access to tools that make managing your finances safer.

Set up alerts to be notified via email or mobile when:

  • Your contact information is updated
  • Your login credentials are changed
  • Your balance exceeds or falls below a certain amount
  • A transaction goes over a specified limit
  • Balance summaries are ready (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually)
  • You receive a message in your Online Banking inbox

Enhanced Verification and Security Features

To further protect your digital security, we offer several features:

  • One-Time PIN (OTP) Delivery:
    OTPs are sent to your listed mobile phone number via text. If no mobile number is listed, OTPs are sent via voicemail. Add a mobile number by selecting Contact Information in your account settings. OTPs are not sent via email.
  • Automatic Log-off
    Your session will end after a period of inactivity.
  • Face/Fingerprint Authentication
    Available in the app settings for quick and secure login.
  • Username Changes
    For added security, contact us at (850) 233-4400 or ElectronicServices@InnovationsFCU.org to change your Online/Mobile Banking username.

Card Controls

Our Mobile Banking App includes Card Controls, which allow you to instantly turn your Innovations' debit and credit cards on or off if they are lost, stolen, or compromised.

Ignite Rewards Checking with ID Protect®

Open an Ignite Rewards Checking account and get automatic enrollment in ID Protect® for the primary member at no extra cost. This service offers continuous identity and credit monitoring, along with other fraud and recovery resources.
