VISA® Card Services

Traveling

If you intend to use your Innovations VISA® Credit Card when traveling out of state, please contact us at (850) 233-4400 first, so our fraud monitoring service will not place a block on purchases. This can also be done via Mobile Banking.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If you think your VISA® Credit Card has been lost or stolen, give us a call immediately at (888) 297-3416. The Cardholder Assistance Line for your VISA® Credit Card is (800) 547-1209. You can also use the Card Controls feature in Mobile Banking to turn your cards on or off if they are stolen, lost, or otherwise compromised.

Card Activation

To activate your VISA® Debit or Credit Cards domestically, please dial (800) 290-7893. For card activation outside the U.S., dial (206) 624-7998 (collect).
