  • Bring one form of identification (ID) like your driver’s license. Your ID must have your picture and signature on it.
  • We will need your Social Security Number (SSN). In some circumstances, your Social Security Card may be required.
  • Verification of address if different from your ID or driver's license (e.g., utility bill, unexpired passport, voter registration card, etc.).
  • Names, birth dates, addresses, phone numbers, and driver's license numbers of all account holders.
  • For minors, if they do not have a picture ID, bring their Social Security Card.
  • Minimum deposit of $5 for your Savings account. Maintain this balance, and you'll remain an Innovations member for life.

We'll verify your identity with a credit check*. Once this process is complete, you'll have access to your account immediately.
