How to Access Your Benefits

  • Within five (5) days of account opening, the primary account holder will receive an email from support@clubchecking.com confirming activation of the credit file monitoring service provided with the Ignite Rewards Checking account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete registration and access all benefits.
  • Joint Account Holders can visit ignite.clubchecking.com using the access code provided at account opening to register and activate monitoring.
  • Once registration is complete, access your benefits online at ignite.clubchecking.com or with the Club Checking Mobile App available in the App Store or Google Play.

2You will have access to your credit report and score provided your information has been verified by the CRA. Credit score is a VantageScore 3.0 based on TransUnion® data. Third parties may use a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness. Once you have activated credit file monitoring, you may request your credit score. Once you have done so, it will then refresh on a monthly basis.

VISA® Card Services

Travel Notice

If you intend to use your Innovations VISA® Debit Card when traveling out of state, please contact us at (850) 233-4400 first, so our fraud monitoring service will not place a block on purchases. This can also be done via Mobile Banking.

Lost or Stolen Cards

If you think your VISA® Debit Card is lost or stolen, give us a call immediately at (888) 297-3416. The Cardholder Assistance Line for your VISA® Debit Card is (800) 547-1209. You can also use the Card Controls feature in Mobile Banking to turn your cards on or off if they are stolen, lost, or otherwise compromised.

Card Activation

To activate your VISA® Debit Card domestically, please dial (800) 290-7893. For card activation outside the U.S., dial (206) 624-7998 (collect).
