Who is Eligible for Membership?
- Individuals who live, work, attend school, or worship in the Florida Counties of Bay, Holmes, Washington, Jackson, Calhoun, Gulf, Walton, Okaloosa, Franklin, or Liberty.
- Family Ties: Immediate family members of eligible individuals.
- Business Presence: Businesses with an office in the Membership Counties.
- Member Connections: Businesses, organizations, and associations where a member of the Credit Union is an owner, shareholder, member, or partner.
- Trusts: Trusts where a member of the Credit Union serves as settlor, trustee, or beneficiary.

Let's Get Started! Visit any of our branches, and our friendly team will be there to guide you every step of the way. Here's what you need to bring:
- Bring one form of identification (ID) like your driver's license. Your ID must have your picture and signature on it.
- We will need your Social Security Number (SSN). In some circumstances, your Social Security Card may be required.
- Verification of address if different from your ID or driver's license (e.g., utility bill, unexpired passport, voter registration card, etc.).
- Names, birth dates, addresses, phone numbers, and driver's license numbers of all account holders.
- For minors, if they do not have a picture ID, bring their Social Security Card.
- Minimum deposit of $5 for your Savings account. Maintain this balance, and you'll remain an Innovations member for life.
We'll verify your identity with a credit check*. Once this process is complete, you'll have access to your account immediately.
New Accounts for Businesses

- LLC or Corporate Documents
- Articles of Administration from Sunbiz. Please note: The individuals who are listed in the Articles must be present at the time of opening the account.
- Business EIN Verification Letter from Internal Revenue Service (IRS), if applicable.
- Proof of identification (ID) for authorized account users.
- Minimum deposit of $5 for your Business Savings account.
